First Visit

What to expect on your first visit? For the new patient we will perform a comprehensive exam and take appropriate x-rays. Dr. De Ainza will listen to your dental concerns, discuss goals, and answer any questions you may have. He will provide a thorough and detailed exam of your current dental health. Your medical and past dental history will be reviewed. Digital photos or other records may be taken when appropriate. Information is gathered and any treatment recommendations will be based on the clinical findings, risk factors, and the patient's goals. This appointment generally takes about an hour. Cleanings for adult patients may not completed the same day as the new patient comprehensive exam because we need to be able to take the time to carefully assess each individual's needs.

Payment Information


We offer flexible payment options to help you afford your care. We will submit insurance forms on your behalf to assist you in obtaining your benefits. For patients without dental insurance, we offer a 5% courtesy discount when paid in full at time of service, with a check or cash. Credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted. We also offer low to no interest financing through Care Credit
. It is our policy to have accounts paid in full within 60 days of the date of service.

Insurance


Please provided us with your most current dental insurance information. As a courtesy, we will assist you with understanding your coverage and submitting on your behalf. Patients are responsible for any co-pays or balances not covered by insurance. We are currently participating and preferred providers for several insurance companies. For insurance companies whom we are out-of-network, we can still accept your insurance provide that policy allows out-of-network benefits. We suggest that you familiarize yourself with your insurance coverage. Please call our office to get the latest information and your questions answered.
